Celery Pancake


 A delicious and easy savory pancake made with celery and imitation crab meat. This recipe is perfect for family meals, lunch boxes, or party appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup water
  • 1⅓ cups minced imitation crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ cups Korean Pancake Mix
  • Cooking oil, as needed

Instructions

  1. Blend the chopped celery with 1 cup of water until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended celery into a large bowl. Add the imitation crab meat, egg, and Korean Pancake Mix. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Place a frying pan on the stovetop and heat over medium-high heat.
  4. Drizzle the pan generously with cooking oil.
  5. Spoon portions of the batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
  6. Cook until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the pancake and gently press it with a spatula.
  7. Continue cooking until both sides are golden brown and fully cooked.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Serves 10–15 people as a side dish.
  • Makes approximately 35 small pancakes for parties.

Tips

  1. If you do not have Korean Pancake Mix, substitute all-purpose flour and add a little salt to taste.
  2. Make a large batch on the weekend and store the cooked pancakes in the freezer. Reheat them whenever needed for a quick meal or snack.
