Easy Microwave Steamed Eggs
Steamed eggs are one of my favorite comfort foods. They are soft, fluffy, and easy to prepare. This microwave version is simple and convenient, making it perfect for a quick side dish or a light meal. The imitation crab meat and vegetables add extra flavor and color.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1½ cups water
- 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- ¼ cup carrot, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe container, combine the eggs, water, imitation crab meat, onion, carrot, and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Microwave for about 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the container from the microwave.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Tip
